Íàñòîÿùèé ñòàíäàðò ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ íà óïîðíóþ ðåçüáó ñ ïðîôèëåì, äèàìåòðàìè, øàãàìè è îñíîâíûìè ðàçìåðàìè ïî ÃÎÑÒ 10177.

1. ÎÑÍÎÂÍÛÅ ÏÎËÎÆÅÍÈß ÑÈÑÒÅÌÛ ÄÎÏÓÑÊÎÂ

1.1.  íàñòîÿùåì ñòàíäàðòå ïðèíÿòû ñëåäóþùèå îáîçíà÷åíèÿ ðàçìåðîâ è äîïóñêîâ:

d - íàðóæíûé äèàìåòð íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû;

d2 - ñðåäíèé äèàìåòð íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû;

d3 - âíóòðåííèé äèàìåòð íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû;

D - íàðóæíûé äèàìåòð âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû;

D1 - âíóòðåííèé äèàìåòð âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû;

D2 - ñðåäíèé äèàìåòð âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû;

Ð - øàã ðåçüáû;

N - äëèíû ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ ãðóïïû íîðìàëüíûå;

L - äëèíû ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ ãðóïïû äëèííûå;

 - äîïóñêè äèàìåòðîâ;

es - âåðõíåå îòêëîíåíèå äèàìåòðîâ íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû;

ES - âåðõíåå îòêëîíåíèå äèàìåòðîâ âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû;

ei - íèæíåå îòêëîíåíèå äèàìåòðîâ íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû;

EI - íèæíåå îòêëîíåíèå äèàìåòðîâ âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû.

1.2. Ñèñòåìà äîïóñêîâ ðåçüáû ïðåäóñìàòðèâàåò:

1) äîïóñêè äèàìåòðîâ ðåçüáû;

2) ïîëîæåíèÿ ïîëåé äîïóñêîâ äèàìåòðîâ ðåçüáû;

3) êëàññèôèêàöèþ äëèí ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ;

4) ïîëÿ äîïóñêîâ ðåçüáû è èõ âûáîð ñ ó÷åòîì êëàññîâ òî÷íîñòè è äëèí ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ.

1.3. Ñõåìû ïîëåé äîïóñêîâ íàðóæíîé è âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû ïðèâåäåíû íà ÷åðòåæå.

Îòêëîíåíèÿ îòñ÷èòûâàþòñÿ îò íîìèíàëüíîãî ïðîôèëÿ ðåçüáû â íàïðàâëåíèè, ïåðïåíäèêóëÿðíîì ê îñè ðåçüáû.

1.4. Äîïóñêè äèàìåòðîâ ðåçüáû óñòàíàâëèâàþòñÿ ïî ñòåïåíÿì òî÷íîñòè, îáîçíà÷àåìûì öèôðàìè, ïðèâåäåííûìè â òàáë. 1.

Äîïóñêè ñðåäíåãî äèàìåòðà ÿâëÿþòñÿ ñóììàðíûìè.

Äîïóñêè äèàìåòðà D íå óñòàíàâëèâàþòñÿ.

1.5. Ïîëîæåíèå äëÿ äîïóñêà äèàìåòðà ðåçüáû îïðåäåëÿåòñÿ îñíîâíûì îòêëîíåíèåì (âåðõíèì îòêëîíåíèåì es äëÿ íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû è íèæíèì îòêëîíåíèåì EI äëÿ âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû) è îáîçíà÷àåòñÿ áóêâîé ëàòèíñêîãî àëôàâèòà, ñòðî÷íîé äëÿ íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû è ïðîïèñíîé äëÿ âíóòðåííåé.

1.6. Äëèíû ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ ïîäðàçäåëÿþòñÿ íà äâå ãðóïïû: íîðìàëüíûå N è äëèííûå L.

1.7. Ïîëå äîïóñêà äèàìåòðà ðåçüáû îáðàçóåòñÿ ñî÷åòàíèåì äîïóñêà è îñíîâíîãî îòêëîíåíèÿ.

Ïîëå äîïóñêà íàðóæíîé ðåçüáû îáðàçóåòñÿ ñî÷åòàíèåì ïîëåé äîïóñêîâ íàðóæíîãî, ñðåäíåãî è âíóòðåííåãî äèàìåòðîâ.

Ïîëå äîïóñêà âíóòðåííåé ðåçüáû îáðàçóåòñÿ ñî÷åòàíèåì ïîëåé äîïóñêîâ ñðåäíåãî è âíóòðåííåãî äèàìåòðîâ.

2. ÎÁÎÇÍÀ×ÅÍÈß

2.1. Îáîçíà÷åíèå ïîëÿ äîïóñêà óïîðíîé ðåçüáû ñîñòîèò èç îáîçíà÷åíèÿ ïîëÿ äîïóñêà ñðåäíåãî äèàìåòðà, ò.å. èç öèôðû, îáîçíà÷àþùåé ñòåïåíü òî÷íîñòè, è áóêâû, îáîçíà÷àþùåé îñíîâíîå îòêëîíåíèå.

Íàïðèìåð: 7h; 7AZ

2.2. Îáîçíà÷åíèå ïîëÿ äîïóñêà ðåçüáû äîëæíî ñëåäîâàòü çà îáîçíà÷åíèåì ðàçìåðà ðåçüáû.

Íàïðèìåð: S 80×10-7h; S 80×10-7AZ; S 80×10LH-7h4; S 80×10LH-7AZ

2.3. Äëèíà ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ N â óñëîâíîì îáîçíà÷åíèè ðåçüáû íå óêàçûâàåòñÿ.

Äëèíà ñâèí÷èâàíèÿ L ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè óêàçûâàåòñÿ â ìèëëèìåòðàõ çà óñëîâíûì îáîçíà÷åíèåì ðåçüáû.

6.3.  ïîñàäêàõ äîïóñêàþòñÿ ëþáûå ñî÷åòàíèÿ ïîëåé äîïóñêîâ íàðóæíîé è âíóòðåííåé ðåçüá, óñòàíîâëåííûå íàñòîÿùèì ñòàíäàðòîì. Ïðåäïî÷òèòåëüíî ñëåäóåò ñî÷åòàòü ïîëÿ äîïóñêîâ îäíîãî êëàññà òî÷íîñòè.
